A Planted Technology seat bracket for the Audi A4 and S4 on the B9 chassis, 2016 onwards. Part number SB375.
Our attribute data on this listing is wrong
It still says B8, which is our error. The title and the part number are correct: this is the B9. We are fixing the attribute. If you have a B8, that takes SB098.
The B9 is a bigger change than it looks
Audi moved the A4 onto the MLB Evo platform for this generation and took around a hundred kilos out of it, which is unusual in a modern car. The floor structure is genuinely different from the B8, which is why the bracket changes.
The B9 S4 also dropped the supercharger for a turbo, which changed how the car delivers its power more than the figures suggest.
Plan the electronics before anything comes out
A B9 has side airbags, occupancy sensing and powered adjustment, with memory on higher specifications. Taking a seat out without dealing with that lights up the dashboard and can leave the airbag system in a state it should not be in.
Tell us the specification and we will work through it.
Have you written anything about this exact product?
Yes, we have covered this exact product: Lexus Planted Technology Frames Updated For 2026, and Customer Car: Subaru Impreza With Corbeau RRS Seats and Planted Technology Brackets. That is first-hand coverage from our own builds and showroom, not brochure copy.
Will this fit my car?
This frame is car-specific, so match the vehicle in the product name to your exact car and generation. If you are unsure, send us the registration and we will confirm before you order.
Which seats does it take?
Check the bolt pattern in the specification against your seat. The Compatible seats tab above lists what bolts straight on. If your seat is not listed, tell us what you run and we will confirm the fit.
Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
Only with a sliding runner between the frame and the seat, which is a separate part on Planted frames. If more than one person drives the car, budget for the runner. Our guide to sliding runners explains the options and widths.
Is this for the driver or passenger side?
Both sides are available on this listing, pick driver or passenger side at the point of order (sides listed are for right-hand-drive cars). Left-hand-drive car? Ask us, as the sides swap over and availability varies by model.
