Delivery Information


FIA Seats/harnesses ordered after December 1st will be reversed and allocated for dispatch in January 2024 to ensure you get a full 5 years of your FIA homologation. We do not dispatch these during December unless requested.

OVERSIZED ITEM DELIVERY – Parcel Force is the UK’s no.1 courier for oversized items. Due to the continued and endless Parcel Force strikes delays are expected throughout December. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the disruptions within the UK’s courier network. 

Christmas delivery cutoff:  Items ordered after December 1st will tend to be delivered in the New Year unless requested prior to order. A high percentage of our items are distributed by third parties warehouses which are at capacity with the run-up to Christmas.

*BREXIT Changes: From January 1st 2021 we left the European Union. This has had implications for imports and exports between the UK and Europe. We have had to introduce additional shipping costs on UK orders for a range of European products which include Mirco, Bimarco, and Stern Performance. These will be calculated on checkout. All deliveries to our European customers will now be sold without VAT. Please be aware that you will have to pay your VAT based on your local tariffs. You will be notified by the courier on delivery.

Delivery time frames will vary depending on the product. Many products are available with delivery within just a few days whereas other products are custom hand made to order and can take several weeks. 

If you need further details please contact us with the product code before purchase and we can provide you more specific delivery dates.

Our free delivery service will utilise an economy service from any number of couriers based on the size of the product and packaging. This service has no guaranteed delivery dates. The courier may not require a signature for the delivery and could leave this in a safe place in line with the couriers own terms and conditions.  Claims can only be made upto the value of £25.00 with our free delivery service.

Once we have proof of delivery from the courier with or without a signature, the contract is complete and non-delivery claims can not be accepted or processed. If you require an upgraded delivery service, please contact us in advance.

We can provide an upgraded delivery service with a faster delivery times. These services start at £9.99 depending on the size and weight of the products.

We advise that you contact GSM Performance prior to your order to arrange this service and allow us to provide the best order experience available.

We can provide an upgraded delivery servicewith insurance from £5.94. In the unfortunate event that a product is damaged in transport, we will offer a free replacement and cover the costs to replace the item(s).

Claims can only be made upto the value of £25.00 with our free delivery service.

Motorsport seats, bucket seats and products which require excessively large boxes are transported and delivered using large consignment services. These deliveries are available from Yodell, Parcel Force, TNT and Tuffnells. A timed delivery slot (like used on small packages with DPD) is not available for this type of product. The delivery slots available will be: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm only.

Please contact us to request a bespoke delivery quotation for deliveries outside of the UK. We use the specialists Kuehne & Nagel to deliver our international orders. At the point of collection and dispatch, a copy of the label and tracking link will be sent with your dispatch notes. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your order.

  • Our P&P quotations and bookings cover the cost of postage and packaging to your destination. This does not cover domestic import customs charges which may apply after delivery.

Roll cage deliveries are exempt from the free delivery service as they are delivered by pallet and not by courier. These charges will be made clear on or after the invoice has been produced. Changes can apply depending on the area of delivery including certain parts of the highlands. International delivery costs will vary. N.I deliveries will be sent to port for collection or additional charges can be paid for complete transport.

We can only deliver roll cages to business addresses. These are delivered by specialist pallet delivery companies which will not under any circumstances deliver to residential addresses. Please ensure when providing your address this is an official registered business unit or premises.

Please be aware that from the start of November orders pick up heavily for the Christmas rush. This puts huge strain on the factories making the seats and specialist shells. The delivery times are extended if the seats are not available. Delivery times can extend by several weeks and orders placed as late as December 2nd onwards may not be available for delivery till after Christmas due to the huge backlog. If you require a Christmas delivery please contact us before ordering. This can also apply to other major holiday periods.

  • FIA dated products including seats and harnesses, ordered after the 2nd of December will be subject to a 20% returns fee. This caters for the loss of 1 year’s FIA dating reducing the seats life span from 6 years to 5 years for competition use. The items are not suitable for retail at full RRP and will be placed on sale.

Any delivery time or date given by the company is an estimate only and not a term of the contract. Please make sure you have checked the delivery specific details online or contact us in advance. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage in respect of any delay in the delivery howsoever arising. If at the time of order the Goods are not immediately available for delivery the company shall deliver the goods when they become available, unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer at the time of order.

To protect you against online fraud, in accordance with Paypal selling regulations, and in line with the FCA for credit applications. we will only be able to deliver to the address you have specified at the point of checkout. We can not change this address after the point of completing payment and passing card/credit security checks. Please check your order and ensure you have selected the correct delivery address. 

I work with warehouses and hubs across the entire UK, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, and other countries. This allows me to access vast amounts of stock and dispatch the items quickly and effectively. Your delivery may come from any one of these warehouse locations using our Brand Partners. *N.I Deliveries: From January 1st 2021 we left the European Union. This has had implications for imports and exports between the UK and N.I. We are still able to ship from the UK to the EU under DAP (Delivered At Place) incoterms. The recipient (customer) will be responsible for submitting the EU import declaration documentation, as well as ensuring import taxes are declared. These requirements can either be handled directly by the recipient (customer), or alternatively delegated to a local customs agency. This is your responsibility to complete and additional charges may apply at the point of shipping and/or post delivery.
