A Planted Technology seat bracket for the Honda Accord, tenth generation, 2018 onwards. Part number SB338.

Honda stopped selling an Accord in the UK before this generation arrived, so a car here is an import. Send us the registration and we will confirm the fitment. The ninth generation takes SB339.

What this generation actually is

Worth saying because the badge misleads. The tenth generation Accord dropped the V6 entirely and runs turbocharged four cylinders, including the 2.0 from the Civic Type R in a lower state of tune, with a proper manual gearbox on some cars. It is a considerably better driver’s car than the name suggests.

That is where the interest in seating one comes from, and it is why a shell is not an absurd thing to fit to a large saloon here.

Plan the electronics first

Side airbags, occupancy sensing and powered adjustment, with heating on higher specifications. Taking a seat out without dealing with that lights up the dashboard and can leave the airbag system in a state it should not be in. Tell us the specification before you order.
