Both qualifiers matter. This is the American Accord coupe, which is a different car from the Accord sold here in those years. Honda built genuinely different Accords for different markets in this period, and the European car is a separate body entirely.

What the American coupe is
The V6 coupe is the version people build, and there is a small following for them. The J series V6 responds to work and the cars are cheap.
