Toyota built the GR Yaris to go rallying, and the aftermarket has responded with three separate fitting frames rather than one generic option. Cobra, Corbeau and Recaro each make their own frame for this car, and each only pairs with seats from that same brand. Pick the seat first, then the frame follows from it, rather than the other way round.
Custom Cages also make a roll cage confirmed specifically for the GR Yaris, so a proper competition build is a straightforward order here rather than a conversation about what might fit.

Cobra, Corbeau and Recaro each build a direct fit subframe for the GR Yaris, and each is made to that brand’s own mounting specification. A Cobra frame is for a Cobra seat, a Corbeau frame for a Corbeau seat, and so on. All five Cobra options here fix to the Cobra frame. The Monaco Pro at £282.00 and the Monaco 40th Edition at £474.00 are FIA rated. The Nogaro Club Sport at £629.00 is listed for over 6ft, the Nogaro Circuit at £819.00 sits at the top of the range, and the Suzuka T RT Track at £524.10 is listed for a narrower 28in to 32in waist and under 6ft.

Three Corbeau Sportline RRS variants fix to the Corbeau frame. The Limited Edition at £600.00 is the entry point, the Elite at £600 sits in the middle, and the Tartan Edition at £876.00 is the top trim, all road and track rated reclining seats rather than fixed FIA shells.

Our recommendationChoose the seat brand before ordering the frame
With three brand-locked frames on offer, the frame is decided by the seat rather than the other way round. Harnesses
There is no harness made specifically for the GR Yaris, so you are fitting a universal belt and working out the mounting yourself. The standard rear seat belt mounts are not rated for harness shoulder strap loads, so the roll cage below, a bolt-in harness bar, or a fabricated anchor point is needed.
The Schroth Profi 3×2 at £370 and the TRS Magnum 6 Point Superlite at £245 are both FIA 8853-2016. The TRS Magnum 4 Point at £139 is FIA 8854-1998. All three carry a stamped expiry date regardless of wear. For a road or trackday car, the Takata Drift II and III and the TRS Clubman belts cost less, though none of those four are HANS compatible.
