A Planted Technology seat bracket for the Toyota Hilux, fifth generation, 1988 to 1995, excluding bench seat models. Part number SB300.

Read the exclusion. If your Hilux has a bench, this is not your bracket. Look at what is actually in the truck rather than the original specification, because these are old enough that plenty have been changed.

Toyota Pickup and Hilux are the same vehicle under different names for different markets.

Which divided opinion permanently. The fifth generation moved the four wheel drive versions to IFS, improving the ride and the on road manners at the cost of articulation. The fourth generation kept the solid axle and takes SB369.

If you are building for serious off road use, that distinction matters more than anything about the seat.
