Which DC5 you have matters for the rest of the build
The Japanese Type R got a higher compression K20A, a helical limited slip differential as standard, Brembo brakes and Recaro seats. The UK Type R was detuned and lost the LSD. The American RSX Type-S is different again.
Send us the chassis number rather than the registration if the car is an import, and we will confirm.
The Recaros
JDM Type R Recaros are worth real money on their own as DC5 values climb. Store them and their fixings properly, and note a factory Recaro will not bolt to standard side mounts because Recaro use their own arrangement.
Side airbags are fitted. Handed, so order twice for a pair.
