The Z31. The Z32 from 1990 is a different car and takes SB051, so check the year first.

Z31s are being built rather than restored, which makes a bolt in bracket the sensible route. It picks up the factory mounting points so nothing is drilled and the standard seats come out whole.
Check the metal round those points with the carpet up. Forty year old Z floors deserve a proper look, and a bracket can only feed seat load into sound structure.
