A Planted Technology seat bracket for the Infiniti G35 and G37 on the V36 chassis, 2007 to 2015. Part number SB331.

The V36 is the Nissan Skyline V36 in Japan and shares its platform with the 370Z. The earlier V35 G35 takes its own part, and both were sold as a G35, so the chassis code is what separates them.

The naming gets worse from here

Infiniti later renamed this same car the Q40 and the coupe became the Q60, which we list under SB281. So one car has worn three names. Send us the registration and we will name the part rather than have you work back through Infiniti’s marketing decisions.

Why these get built

Rear wheel drive, a good chassis and the VQ37 in the later cars, which responds to work. They are cheap now, which makes them a common drift and track starting point.
