A Planted Technology driver side seat bracket for the Chevrolet Corvette on the C3 chassis, 1968 to 1982. Part number SB267.

The fitment warning is the important part

Planted state that this may not fit every C3. Fourteen years of production is an extraordinarily long run and Chevrolet changed a great deal across it, so the year alone will not tell you.

Before you order, get the carpet up, photograph what is under the seat, and send it to us. We will check it against the bracket and tell you honestly whether it suits your car. On a C3 that five minutes is worth it, because the alternative is returning an awkward, heavy part.

The early cars are the valuable ones

The 1968 to 1972 chrome bumper cars, and particularly the big block and LT-1 versions, are worth a great deal more than the later ones. Values fall away sharply after 1973.

The bracket picks up the factory mounting points so nothing is cut, and the fibreglass body means you would not want to be improvising anything anyway.

Both sides are available on this listing, pick driver or passenger side at the point of order (sides listed are for right-hand-drive cars). Left-hand-drive car? Ask us, as the sides swap over and availability varies by model.

We bring a batch over roughly every 3 to 5 weeks. Everything in each batch is pre-sold against a customer order, so the sooner your order is in, the sooner it ships.
