A Planted Technology seat bracket for the BMW 3 Series coupe on the E46 chassis, 1999 to 2005. Part number SB007.

Coupe is the fitment. The E46 saloon takes SB121, so count the doors as well as checking the chassis code.

The E46 M3

Coupe and convertible only, with the S54, and now firmly collectable. The CSL more so again. If yours is an M3, the case for keeping the installation reversible is strong: values have moved and originality is starting to matter.

The M3 could be specified with a manual or the SMG gearbox, which affects the console rather than the floor, but tell us anyway and we will confirm.

The rear subframe question

Worth raising on any E46. These are known for cracking round the rear subframe mounts and a great many have had structural repair. If yours has, look at what was done in the seat area with the carpet up before you commit, because a bracket can only feed seat load into sound structure.

We also stock an OMP subframe for the E46. Side airbags are fitted.

Both sides are available on this listing, pick driver or passenger side at the point of order (sides listed are for right-hand-drive cars). Left-hand-drive car? Ask us, as the sides swap over and availability varies by model.
