The first Tillett W1 seat was created to solve a space issue in narrow Westfield sports cars, and it wasn’t long before Caterham recognised the fitment and performance advantages for their own vehicles. After successful development, the Caterham seat debuted at the 1999 Motor Show and is now standard in high-performance models like the R500. Since then, the Tillett range has grown to suit a wide variety of race, kit, and track day cars.
