The Tillett C1 is a competition bucket seat based on the popular B6 Screamer. The C1 has kept the same dimensions as the B6 Screamer, however, this model features a side impact head support, providing excellent protection in the event of an accident. This comfortable bucket seat can be used without any lower padding, allowing the driver to feel a lot more, whilst also retaining great peripheral vision, giving you the edge over the competition. The seat shape has been carefully designed to allow you to achieve a very low driving position without compromising legroom, ensuring you will remain comfortable and not cramped. This bucket seat provides exceptional support due to its specially designed ergonomic shape that allows the shoulders more freedom of movement to help steer the car unhindered.
The C1 is an ultra-rigid bucket seat that has been made to envelop and decelerate the user in the event of an accident, in a controlled way to avoid injury. This feature helps to keep the driver in the intended position within the cockpit, ultimately enabling the driver to achieve and maintain the maximum driving position. The rigidity of the C1 prevents harnesses or HANS devices from becoming loose during an accident.
The C1 comes as standard with three Dinamica suede-covered headrest pads, however, there is an option to add an additional padded Dinamica suede cushion and back panels at extra cost. The C1 is available with a range of different options varying from the material used in the finish, panel options, and size of the seat, with a standard and an XL version of the C1 readily available.
