1988 to 1995
The Corrado ran for the best part of a decade, and both Sparco and Corbeau cut their frames to two distinct production runs rather than one part covering the whole car. Get the year wrong and the frame will not line up with the floor mounting points, so check your registration date before ordering.

Check your year before ordering the frame
Sparco list a frame for 1990 to 1991 cars at £72.23 and a separate one for 1991 to 1995 cars at £72.50. Corbeau do the same, £245.00 for 1990 to May 1991 and £245.00 for June 1991 to September 1995. The two windows are cut to different floor mounting points and do not interchange, so confirm your car’s exact registration date rather than ordering on the model name alone.
A Planted bracket is also listed, but it is passenger side only, and the listing describes it as “Passenger / Right”, a reference that reads naturally on a US left-hand-drive car. On a UK right-hand-drive Corrado, confirm with us which side this actually corresponds to before ordering, and note that no driver-side Planted bracket currently appears in the catalogue.

The Cobra Monaco Pro at £235.00 is the cheapest FIA shell. The OMP Champ-R at £318.00 and the Recaro Pole Position at £829.50 sit in the middle. The Sparco QRT-R at £544.00 and the Recaro Profi SPG XL at £1,096.20 sit toward the top of the range.

The frame split by year is the single most important thing to get right on a Corrado. Cameron works out the fit and the best combination for a given car, so send over your registration and he will confirm which frame year applies before you order the seat.
Harnesses
There is no harness made specifically for the Corrado, so you are fitting a universal belt and working out the mounting yourself. The standard rear seat belt mounts are not rated for harness shoulder strap loads, so the roll cage below, a bolt-in harness bar, or a fabricated anchor point is needed.
The Schroth Profi 3×2 at £370 and the TRS Magnum 6 Point Superlite at £245.00 are both FIA 8853-2016. The TRS Magnum 4 Point at £139 is FIA 8854-1998. All three carry a stamped expiry date regardless of wear. For a road or trackday car, the Takata Drift II and III and the TRS Clubman belts cost less, though none of those four are HANS compatible.

If competing, check the specification against your class regulations before ordering, and keep the sign-off paperwork with the logbook. Pad any tube within reach of a helmet, and tell your insurer, because a cage is a notifiable modification.
