A Planted Technology seat bracket for the Oldsmobile Cutlass, 1964 to 1967. Part number SB217.

The A-body Cutlass. It shares a floor with the Buick Skylark and the Pontiac GTO, though each takes its own part number here.

The 442

Four barrel carburettor, four speed gearbox, dual exhausts, which is where the name comes from. Oldsmobile built it as their answer to the GTO and it is the version worth having, particularly the 1966 and 1967 cars with the W-30 package.

The 1997 to 1999 Cutlass is a front wheel drive saloon that shares nothing with this but the badge. If that is what you have, SB149 is your part.

Practical

The bracket picks up the factory mounting points so nothing is cut. On a car worth this much that is the only approach. Label the fixings and store the seats somewhere dry.
