Manual is the fitment, and manual IS350s barely exist

Lexus offered a manual gearbox on the second generation IS only in some markets and only for a short period, and almost nobody chose it. If you genuinely have a manual IS350, you have something quite rare.

The transmission changes the tunnel and console arrangement, which is why the part numbers split this way. If your car is an automatic, this is not your bracket.

Rear wheel drive, a 2GR V6 that responds to work, and a well sorted chassis. They are a sensible drift and track starting point.
