An OMP direct fit subframe for the BMW M2. Part number HC848-M2.
Also listed under its chassis code
The M2 is the F87, and we carry a second listing under that code. It is the same OMP HC848 frame on both listings, so choose whichever matches the name you know your car by.
The same frame across these BMWs
This is the OMP HC848 frame, and it is the same part across the BMW 1 Series E87, E92 M3, F22, M2, M240i, F87 and F80 M3. The compatibility information is the same on every listing, so you can choose the listing for your car.
A car people actually use
The M2 gets tracked more than most modern BMWs, which is why seats come up on it so often. Short wheelbase, plenty of torque, and a rear end that moves: all three mean the driver is working, and a driver who is working needs holding in place.
The factory seat is good at being a road seat. It is built around a three point belt and it stops making sense the moment you fit a harness.
Keep the originals
A direct fit frame bolts to the mounting points BMW already provided, so nothing is drilled and the standard seats come out whole for when the car is sold. On a car this recent that is worth real money.
The detail
Steel, base mount. Two bolt patterns from multi-hole clusters at each corner: 345mm by 271mm for Sparco, OMP and Corbeau, 405mm by 290mm for Recaro.
Sold singly. The left and right (driver and passenger) frames are the same design and fitment, so they are interchangeable. Order twice for a pair, and mention the side airbags when you order.
