The runner is not included
This is an adaption part, not a direct fit frame, and the difference matters at the point of ordering. Cobra include a sliding runner with their direct fit frames. They do not include one here.
If you want fore and aft adjustment you need to add one. The Cobra Premium Sliding Runners are the right part, in either a 291mm or 405mm handle width depending on your seat. Measure across the handle on the underside and tell us the figure.
Ordering both together is the sensible route. Finding out after delivery that the seat is fixed where you bolted it is the alternative.
What it does instead
An adaption part works alongside the mounting hardware already in the car rather than replacing it, which is why it costs less than a full frame. It also means the car needs its original arrangement intact.
Send us a photograph under the seat if you are unsure what is there. It takes a minute and it prevents the wrong order.

This covers the Mk3 from 1989 to 1997. Earlier Fiestas used a different arrangement, so if your car sits outside that span send us the registration and we will point you at the right part.
What seats it takes
Cobra base mountable bucket seats and reclining sport seats. Not a side mounted seat without adaption bars or side mounts. Motorsport seats and the Nogaro need side mounts adding.
