The Chevy II came in several body styles with more than one seat arrangement, and sixty years is long enough for a great many to have been changed. Do not order on what the car left the factory with. Lift the carpet, look at what is bolted down, and send us a photograph if it is not obvious.

The four door is the sensible one to build

Two door Novas of this era carry a premium and the four doors do not, which makes a saloon the cheaper way into a car with real potential. The Chevy II is light for an American car of the period and takes a small block without complaint.

Practical

Sixty year old floors are rarely original. Get the carpet up and look before you spend anything, because a bracket can only feed seat load into sound structure.

Both sides are available on this listing, pick driver or passenger side at the point of order (sides listed are for right-hand-drive cars). Left-hand-drive car? Ask us, as the sides swap over and availability varies by model.
