The Nascar 5 Point 75mm FHR Only harness is TRS’s lever-latch option for drivers running a head restraint device in off-road, oval, and autocross applications. Part number N5PTFHR.
The lever-latch buckle is what distinguishes the Nascar range from TRS’s Magnum and Pro lines. It releases with a push-and-lift action rather than the quarter-turn aircraft buckle, and the whole range carries road-and-track approval rather than FIA homologation. That means it suits circuits and track days but will not pass scrutineering at events where FIA approval is required.
FHR Only means this harness is configured specifically for a head restraint device. The geometry of the shoulder attachment points assumes a HANS or FHR clip in place; without one fitted, the restraint cannot work as intended. If you do not run a head restraint device, the HANS Friendly five-point Nascar versions (22G505, 22G555, 22G565) are the correct choice instead.
The 75mm straps are the wider option in the Nascar range. More webbing width spreads the impact load across a larger area of the driver’s body, reducing strap pressure under high braking loads. The five-point layout adds a sub strap, which routes between the legs and attaches to the buckle, preventing the driver from sliding forward under hard deceleration.
Nine colour choices: black, red, blue, green, orange, silver, yellow, Miami blue, and pink.
