The Tillett T15STD is the standard shell profile in the T15 kart seat range. Part number TIL-T15 for the base variation; the suffix changes by material and size, for example TIL-T15-CF-L for clear fibre in a large.
Available in four sizes: L, ML, XL and XXL. Three material options: clear fibre at £155.40, silver fibre at £203.70 and carbon fibre at £273.
Clear fibre is the entry point: lower cost, used by drivers where the seat is a functional item rather than a weight-saving one. Silver fibre is the middle option, stiffer and better finished. Carbon gives the best stiffness-to-weight ratio and is the material choice for club racing or junior championship use where weight has a direct effect on lap time.
The T15STD and T15T are the two lower-priced shell profiles in the T15 family, with the T15VTI and T15VG sitting higher in price. The STD and T share the same size range and material tiers. The difference is in the shell shape, which affects driving position in the kart. The right profile depends on the kart geometry and the driver’s preferences, and it is worth confirming which suits your kart before ordering.

What do I need to fit it to my car?

How do I know it will feel right, not just fit on paper?
Makers publish widths and weights, never feel, and two seats with identical numbers can feel nothing alike. We keep the ranges on display in the showroom, you are welcome to come and sit in them, and our head support measurements guide shows the kind of real-world data we collect.

These carbon seats are handcrafted in the UK for each order. We do not stock or display them in the showroom, so everything is a special order placed with Tillett when you buy.
