The SW Motorsports Renault Clio Mk3 Seat Side Mounts, part SWS-Clio-Mk3-SM, fit the standard Clio Mk3 floor and provide a driver or passenger side mounting point for bucket seats. If your seat uses side mounting holes instead of bottom Sparco-pattern holes, these are the correct option for the Clio Mk3 platform.

The Mk3 Clio ran from 2005 to 2012. This listing covers the standard Clio Mk3 platform, not the Renaultsport 197 or 200 versions: those have a different front floor crossmember and their own dedicated hardware. If you are working on a Clio RS, check the Clio 197 listing before ordering. The standard Mk3, whether 1.2, 1.4 or 1.6, uses the floor geometry these mounts are built for.

The Clio Mk3 was a regular entry in Club Endurance and PCA circuits. Removing the heavy standard seats makes a real difference on a car weighing around 1,100kg in standard form, and side mounts are the appropriate hardware when the seat shell is drilled for side mounting rather than bottom mounting.

A direct-fit subframe for the Clio Mk3 is also in the range at £115 (SWS-Clio3-Mount) if your seat uses Sparco bottom-mount holes. These side mounts at £102.50 are the lower-cost option. The choice is determined by how your seat is drilled, not by preference.

SW Motorsports seat mounts are produced in batches and we take deliveries weekly, so those are generally available for quick dispatch.

Their roll cages are a different matter. Each one is made to order here in the UK, and production currently takes 6 to 8 weeks from the day you order.

Made to order means our special order and roll cage cancellation terms apply once production starts. Tell us the car and the class you run in, and we will confirm the specification and the current lead time first.
