The part number tells you which rear tab arrangement this is
Read it as SB145.1, which is the angled rear tabs bracket. Datsun used two different rear mountings on these cars, and flat rear tabs take SB145 instead.
You cannot tell which you have from the year or the chassis number. Get the carpet back, look at the tabs the seat bolts to, and photograph them. Send us the picture and we will confirm before you order.
The 260Z
The middle of the S30 run, between the 240Z and the 280Z. Larger engine, more weight, and for years the cheap one because everybody wanted a 240Z. That gap has narrowed considerably.
Rust is the standing problem
Floors and the areas round the seat mounting. Get right under the carpet and look properly, and expect to find more than you hoped. A bracket can only feed seat load into sound structure.
