EM is the coupe and saloon chassis of that generation. The hatchback of the same period is the EP and takes a different mount, so order on the body style rather than the year alone. This is the distinction people most often get wrong on Civics of this era.
The low option
PCI’s adjustable mount gives the largest range of adjustment and the lowest possible seat fitment in their range, at the cost of the seat no longer moving on rails.
Honda put the driver high in these, so getting down is the change you feel. For a track car that is the right buy. For a car still doing road miles and lent out, a sliding sub frame is easier to live with.
The hardware interlocks into the slots in the seat base, so the position can be changed later with one tool without removing the mount from the car.
Construction
Laser cut and CNC formed from one piece of 1/8 inch carbon steel, gloss black powder coat, grade 10.9 8mm hardware, five and six point sub belt mounting locations built in.

Side mount, for a competition bucket, bolting to the factory seat mounting points so nothing is drilled.
