Our title reads 1.9 Rally, and those are two different Peugeots. The 205 GTI came as a 1.6 and a 1.9; the 205 Rallye was a stripped out 1.3, sold in France and Italy and never officially here. They are not the same car.

If yours is a genuine Rallye
Tell us. They were built without sound deadening, without a rear wiper and with very little else, and a surviving unmolested one is worth considerably more than people expect. Keeping the installation reversible matters.
Practical
205s rust and these are forty years old. Get the carpet up before you spend, and ask us about lighter shells because the car weighs very little.
Will this fit my car?
This frame is made for the Peugeot 205 1.9 Rally. Chassis code and years matter more than the badge, as floor pans change between generations, so if your car sits near a changeover year, send us the registration and we will confirm before you order.
Which seats does it take?
It takes seats drilled 345mm x 271mm (the Sparco and OMP seat pattern) and 405mm x 290mm (the Recaro seat pattern). If your seat is not listed, tell us what you run and we will confirm the fit.
Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
Only with a sliding runner between the frame and the seat, which is a separate part on OMP frames. If more than one person drives the car, budget for the runner. Our guide to sliding runners explains the options and widths.
Base mount or side mount, and does it matter?

Is this for the driver or passenger side?
Both sides are available on this listing, pick driver or passenger side at the point of order (sides listed are for right-hand-drive cars). Left-hand-drive car? Ask us, as the sides swap over and availability varies by model.
Why is there a separate 1.6 and 1.9 version of this frame?
The floor mount points are the same across the 1.6 and 1.9 205, but OMP build the two frames as engine-matched versions, tuned to the ride height and floor differences that come with the heavier 1.9 engine and running gear. It is a difference in how OMP designed the pair, not in where the bolts go.
