Complete fitting kit: side mounts included. This frame comes with its own side mounts, so any side mount bucket seat bolts straight to it. You only need the seat and the frame, with no separate side mounts to buy.
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII, built from 2001 to 2002, was the first Evo sold in meaningful numbers through UK Mitsubishi dealers. The 4G63 twin-scroll turbocharged 2.0-litre produced 280bhp, and the CT9A chassis had benefited from continuous development since the Evo IV. The Evo VII also introduced the Active Centre Differential, a system that became standard on all subsequent road-going Evos.
These are the M2 Motorsport direct fit sub-frames for the Mitsubishi Evo 7, part number M2-20623-S000. The frame replaces the factory runners and bolts to the OEM floor mounting points without drilling. Steel, powder-coated black, 290mm side mount holes. Choose your side and fixing type at the top of the page.
The Evo VII, VIII and IX all sit on the CT9A platform. M2 use different part numbers for each generation, which reflects fitment differences between the variants. The Evo VIII frame is M2-20623-S0008, listed at M2 Mitsubishi Evo 8 Direct Fit Sub-frames. The Evo IX is M2-20623-S0009, at M2 Mitsubishi Evo 9 Direct Fit Sub-frames. If you have an Evo X, that is a different chassis (CZ4A) and is listed separately at M2 Mitsubishi Evo X Direct Fit Sub-frames.
Seats with 290mm side mount holes go straight on: Recaro, OMP, Sparco, Bride, Cobra, Corbeau, Takata, MOMO and others.
