Direct fit sub-frames for the Volkswagen California, from Corbeau, 289.50. Camper-specific frames that bolt to the California’s factory seat mounting points.
California, not the Transporter frame
The California is built on the Transporter but its cab floor and seat mounting are its own, which is why this frame exists separately from the T6 frame at 245. If your van is a factory California, this is the one. If it is a Transporter converted to a camper, the T6 frame is probably right, and the registration settles it.
Swivels
Most California owners changing seats want them to turn to face the living space. That takes a swivel base between the frame and the floor, sold separately. Tell us if that is the plan and we will list the full stack, because getting the heights right with a swivel in the mix is where these jobs go wrong.
Sold per seat
Double locking runners come in the box. One frame carries one seat and is priced as one; order two for a pair. Corbeau make these frames for their own base-mounted seats, which means the Sportline reclining range and the Classic buckets. The photo is a stand-in, since some cars get a full replacement frame and some get runners and brackets that bolt to the standard base. Corbeau are clear that the frames are not for any side-mounted seat. If yours side mounts, tell us before ordering and we will find what suits it.
Send us the year and the seat and we will confirm before you order.
