In a vehicle used for travelling rather than lapping, most people do both. A mismatched pair of front seats is more noticeable in a cab you sit in for hours than in a car you drive for twenty minutes at a time.
The runner is included
The sliding runner comes with the frame at no extra cost. Sparco, Planted, OMP, Recaro and Corbeau all charge for theirs separately, so their frame prices are not directly comparable until you add it in.

Camper cabs vary more than car interiors do, depending on year, conversion and whether the original seats swivel. That affects what a replacement seat and frame can do, and it is not something to work out after the parts arrive.
So send us the year and what the vehicle currently has, and we will confirm the fit before anything ships. If swivelling matters to you, say so at the same time, because that changes the answer.
