The Altea has more cabin room than most people expect
It sits on the same Volkswagen Group PQ35 platform as the Golf Mk5 and Toledo Mk3, but the taller roofline and wider door aperture give it more clearance for a bucket shell than either of those cars. Most people fitting seats to an Altea find the shoulder bolsters have room without pressing the door card or centre console.

This frame is made for the Seat Altea. Chassis code and years matter more than the badge, as floor pans change between generations, so if your car sits near a changeover year, send us the registration and we will confirm before you order.

Cobra design each tailored frame around a particular seat, so check the Compatible seats tab above for the designed pairing. Other seats with a matching bolt pattern can work as cross-compatible components rather than a designed set, so ask us before mixing brands.
Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?

Base mount or side mount, and does it matter?
