No sliding runner with this one
Worth knowing before you order, because it is the opposite of what Cobra’s direct fit frames do. A direct fit frame includes the runner in the price. An adaption part does not.
So if you want the seat to move fore and aft, you need to add a runner. The Cobra Premium Sliding Runners are the ones to take, and putting them on the same order saves a second delivery wait.
They come in two handle widths, 291mm and 405mm. Turn your seat over, measure across the handle underneath, and tell us which you have. That figure decides which runner fits.
What an adaption part actually does
It works with the mounting hardware already in your car rather than replacing it. That is why it costs less than a full frame and why it needs the car to still have its original arrangement intact.
If a previous owner has already been in there and things are missing, tell us what you find and we will say whether you need a full frame instead.
What seats it takes
Cobra base mountable bucket seats and reclining sport seats. It will not take a side mounted seat without adaption bars or side mounts, and a Motorsport seat or a Nogaro needs side mounts.
Seats from other makers are not guaranteed unless we have checked the pairing with you first.
On a car of this age
Look at the metal around the mounting points while the old seat is out. It is the least visible part of the floor and this is the easiest chance you will get to inspect it.
