The B10 is the B6 reworked for a car you actually drive. Tillett took the B6 race shape and cut the sides away so you can still use the standard three point belt, which is the single thing that stops most people fitting a proper bucket to a road car.
Two other changes are worth knowing. The front of the seat kicks up more than the B6, which helps if you have long legs or if you are running the seat at a more upright angle, as you would in a saloon. And the headrest sits higher than the B6’s, so a driver with a long torso does not run out of support at the top.
It weighs 4.5kg and Tillett quote it for drivers up to 100kg and around a 36 inch jeans waist. Above that, the B10 XL is the one to look at.
The listing covers 44.5cm with the rolled edges left on. Construction is available in carbon/GRP and in GRP, with a Dinamica suede covered headrest pad included. It mounts on stainless steel side mounting points using current FIA seat fittings, and it takes Tillett’s 2 degree bracket range.
Road and Track, no FIA homologation, which is the right call for what this seat is for. If you need approval, the Screamer or the C1 is the answer.

What do I need to fit it to my car?
This seat takes both base and side mounting, so the fitting stack depends on which route you pick for your car. You will need the car-specific frame, and a sliding runner if you want fore-and-aft adjustment. Does it work with harnesses and a HANS device?
