These sub-frames are the vehicle-specific fitting hardware for installing a base-mount sport seat into a Ford Fiesta Mk4. SKU 00499069.
The Mk4 Fiesta was produced from October 1995 to 1999, and the updated Mk4.5 from 1999 to 2002. Both use the same frame, so this sub-frame fits every Fiesta from 1995 to 2002. Our Ford Fiesta Mk4 bucket seat guide covers the seats and fitting.
The price of £109.81 is higher than other Fiesta sub-frames stocked here because this kit includes the Sparco Top-Hat fitting piece as part of the order. The Top-Hat is a required part of the fitment and is listed separately at £35 RRP. You do not need to buy it separately.
The frames are handed: driver side and passenger side are different shapes, and you choose at time of order. For a two-seat build, order separately for each side.
Bolt pattern is 345mm x 271mm. These frames are compatible with Sparco, OMP, and Corbeau base-mount seats. They work with any base-mount reclining sport seat or bucket seat using that bolt pattern.
Have you written anything useful for my car?
Yes: Top 5 reclining seat choices for your Ford Fiesta ST180, including our fitting guide. It is written around the same model, so check the generation matches your car.
Will this fit my car?
This frame is made for the Ford Fiesta Mk4. Chassis code and years matter more than the badge, as floor pans change between generations, so if your car sits near a changeover year, send us the registration and we will confirm before you order.
Which seats does it take?
It takes seats drilled 345mm x 271mm (the Sparco and OMP seat pattern). The Compatible seats tab above lists what bolts straight on. If your seat is not listed, tell us what you run and we will confirm the fit.
Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
Only with a sliding runner between the frame and the seat, which is a separate part on Sparco frames. If more than one person drives the car, budget for the runner. Our guide to sliding runners explains the options and widths.
Base mount or side mount, and does it matter?
This is a base-mount frame: the seat bolts down through its base, the simpler stack that suits seats with a flat bottom and keeps the install low-fuss. Our guide on base mount versus side mount explains the whole fitting stack.
Is this for the driver or passenger side?
Both sides are available on this listing, pick driver or passenger side at the point of order (sides listed are for right-hand-drive cars). Left-hand-drive car? Ask us, as the sides swap over and availability varies by model.
