The Sparco Pro ADV QRT (part S008017RNR) is the top seat in Sparco’s QRT FIA bucket range, carrying FIA 8855-1999 homologation. It sits above the Evo L QRT in the lineup and adds the DCT integrated head restraint that the lower seats in the range do not include.
DCT is Sparco’s built in head support structure, designed to reduce head movement in an impact. The seat is HANS compatible and accepts a 6 point harness. A 4 point harness is not the right choice for an FIA competition bucket seat used in any series that specifies the 8855-1999 standard.
Construction and fitting
Fibreglass throughout, with self extinguishing fabric lining and a non slip fabric at the shoulder and seat restraint points. It weighs 9.3kg.
Side mount only, on M8 lateral fastenings at 290mm spacing. That 290mm is the standard competition spacing, so ordinary FIA side mounts fit, but you still need a vehicle specific sub frame underneath them. Neither the mounts nor the frame are included with the seat.
The height rating is the unusual part
The Pro ADV QRT is listed as suitable for drivers over 6ft, which is the reverse of most FIA bucket seats at this level. Most QRT range seats specify drivers under or around 6ft.
So if you are 6ft 1 or taller and have found that other competition buckets in this bracket sit too low in the shell or give you too little clearance above the support wings, this is the seat to look at. The waist range of 32 to 36 inches still applies to the lateral fit, so tall and broad are two different questions and this seat answers only the first.
If you are a standard height driver, the Evo QRT or Evo L QRT will do the same competition job for less. Tell us your height and waist and we will say which one honestly suits.

What do I need to fit it to my car?
This is a side-mount seat: it hangs between side brackets, the motorsport-style stack with fine height and angle control. You will need the car-specific frame, and a sliding runner if you want fore-and-aft adjustment. Does it work with harnesses and a HANS device?

How do I know it will feel right, not just fit on paper?
Fair question, because makers publish widths and weights, never feel, and two seats with identical numbers can feel nothing alike in the car.
