Three cars, one floor

The Golf Mk7, Octavia Mk3 and Leon 5F share a platform and put the seat mounting points in the same place, so Recaro make one frame for all three, and this is it under its own three-car name. We also list it under each car separately so an owner searching for a Golf frame, or a Leon frame, finds it.

What the frame does

It bolts to the factory seat mounting points, so nothing is drilled, and it puts a Recaro seat at the height Recaro designed it to sit in these cars.

Seat, side mounts, frame

A Recaro seat sits on Recaro side mounts, fixed or flexible, and the mounts sit on this frame. Recaro homologate seat and side mounts together as one system; the mounts are a separate part.

Additional seat belt brackets: Each seat frame can be used for a variety of applications including road car reclining seats throuh to Motorsport FIA seats. Seat belt brackets are not required in a range of application so manufacturers generally do not supply them with their frame kits. If you require seat belt brackets please contact us in advance

Recaro seats are produced in batches for the UK market

We receive Recaro deliveries regularly and hold good stock of the popular models, so many go out quickly.

Demand for the bucket seats is worldwide and production runs to Recaro’s own schedule, so the less common models and trims can take considerably longer. Ask us and we will tell you where a specific seat stands.

Before you order

If you need a seat for a date, ring us first. We would rather give you an honest lead time up front than have you waiting on a seat that is between production runs.
