The Fiat Scudo is a light commercial van in continuous production since the early 1990s, built on the common PSA/Fiat platform shared with the Citroen Dispatch and Peugeot Expert. The first-generation model, built before February 2004, is the version this sub-frame covers. Part 686119 is Recaro’s direct-fit sub-frame for the pre-February 2004 Scudo. It mounts to the factory floor points without drilling and carries integrated sliding runners. The van’s flat floor and relatively simple front seat mounting make this one of the more straightforward Recaro sub-frame installations in the commercial vehicle category. At £163, it is among the more affordable kits in the range.
These frames are for Recaro base-mount reclining seats and base-mount bucket seats. They will not fit side-mounted competition shells without adaptor bars. One frame per seat. Because the Scudo is a working vehicle, if you are also considering a seat for the passenger position, check whether the passenger side uses an identical floor pattern before ordering two of the same kit.
