This listing is for the BMW 2 Series Coupe F22, including the 2017 M240i. Planted lists the F22 under manufacturer bracket family SB242. Its application guide lists SB120 for the E92 3 Series Coupe and SB223 for the F30/F80 family; these are different applications, not interchangeable F22 suffixes.

The references SB120-F22 and SB120-M240i used on our catalogue pages must not be treated as manufacturer confirmation of a shared SB120 mounting design. Confirm the supplied SB242 bracket, physical side and slider pattern before ordering.

For Recaro sliders, Planted specifies its Standard bolt-pattern bracket. Its Alternate Cobra/Scheel-Mann option replaces the Recaro slider pattern. US Driver/Left and Passenger/Right refer to physical sides: on a right-hand-drive car the right side is the driver side. Select the correct RHD option and confirm the actual part supplied.

A floor bracket is fixed; a compatible runner provides fore/aft adjustment. Factory Corsa VXR seats may need adapting even though they are based on the Recaro Sportster CS design. The aftermarket Recaro double locking runner can assist, and the Planted base is our recommended platform. Check the actual donor-seat underside, runner interface, belt buckle, electronics and assembled seating height with a qualified installer. A shared bolt-pattern width does not confirm the whole installation.

No 25mm height saving is established for this seat-and-bracket combination. Planted gives around 3/4 inch as general slider height guidance, not a measured final F22/VXR seating position.
