A Planted Technology seat bracket for the Suzuki SX4, 2006 to 2014. Part number SB228.

Developed jointly with Fiat, who sold it as the Sedici. If you have a Sedici, send us the registration and we will check the fitment.

It has more rally history than the badge suggests

Suzuki built the SX4 WRC and ran it in the World Rally Championship in 2007 and 2008 before the financial crisis ended the programme. The road car never had anything like that potential, but the connection is real and it is why these turn up in club events.

Practical for what it is

Light, four wheel drive available, and cheap, which is a sensible combination for grassroots events on loose surfaces. The standard seat gives you nothing to brace against, and on a light car on gravel you move about a great deal.

Small inside, so shell width matters as much as the bracket. Tell us your height and build.

Side airbags are fitted. Handed, so order twice for a pair.
