A PCI Racing adjustable seat mount for the Toyota MR2 W20, 1990 to 1999. Part number SM-W20-A1.
W20 is the second generation mid engined MR2, and it takes its own mount: the W30 that followed is a different car and uses a different part.
Why the adjustable mount suits this car
PCI’s adjustable mount gives the lowest possible seat fitment in their range, and in a W20 that is the thing you want. The roof is low, the bulkhead is close behind you, and there is very little rearward travel available, so a slider gives you less than it would in a saloon while costing you height.
The seat is set at installation and stays there. The hardware interlocks into the slots in the seat base, so the position can still be changed later with one tool without taking the mount out of the car.
Construction
Laser cut and CNC formed from one piece of 1/8 inch carbon steel, gloss black powder coat, grade 10.9 8mm hardware, five and six point sub belt mounting locations built in.
Ordering
Side mount, for a competition bucket, bolting to the factory seat mounting points so nothing is drilled and the original seats come out whole.
Handed, order twice for a pair.

Will this fit my car?
This frame is made for the Toyota MR2 W20. Chassis code and years matter more than the badge, as floor pans change between generations, so if your car sits near a changeover year, send us the registration and we will confirm before you order.

Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
Only with a sliding runner between the frame and the seat, which is a separate part on PCI frames. If more than one person drives the car, budget for the runner. Our guide to sliding runners explains the options and widths.
Base mount or side mount, and does it matter?
