The EK is the generation after the EG and it takes its own mount, so order on the chassis code rather than the model name.
Slider or lower
This is the slider version, so the seat moves fore and aft after fitting. If the car is a dedicated track car and you want the lowest possible fitment instead, the EK adjustable mount sits lower and costs less, at the price of the seat no longer moving.
In a Civic that decision is usually about height. The standard driving position is high, and dropping into the car is most of what a proper seat installation buys you.
Construction
Laser cut and CNC formed from a single piece of 1/8 inch carbon steel, with bends placed to add stiffness rather than using thicker metal throughout. Gloss black powder coat, grade 10.9 8mm hardware, and five and six point sub belt mounting locations built into the mount.
PCI’s S1 slider bolts to the base with four bolts where a conventional slider uses two, which they rate as twice as strong.
Ordering
Side mount, for a competition bucket, on the factory seat mounting points so nothing is drilled. Handed, order twice for a pair.

Will this fit my car?

Base mount or side mount, and does it matter?
