Complete fitting kit: side mounts included. This frame comes with its own side mounts, so any side mount bucket seat bolts straight to it. You only need the seat and the frame, with no separate side mounts to buy. The slider is built in as well, so no separate runner kit is needed.
Belt buckle clip included. This frame comes with a belt buckle clip, suitable for attaching a harness or the car’s factory seatbelt clip.

On an M4 the factory seats are worth serious money, particularly if the car has the buckets, and the first thing worth saying is keep them. This mount bolts to the factory seat mounting points, so the originals come out whole and go back in when the car is sold. Nothing else you do to an M4 is as easy to undo.
The slider
This is the slider version, so the seat moves fore and aft after installation. PCI’s S1 slider bolts to the base with four bolts rather than the two a conventional slider uses, which they describe as twice as strong as two bolt mounting.
Most M4s are still road cars, so the ability to move the seat is usually worth more than the small height saving an adjustable mount would give.
Construction
Laser cut and CNC formed from a single piece of 1/8 inch carbon steel, with bends placed to add stiffness where thicker metal would otherwise be needed. Gloss black powder coat, grade 10.9 8mm hardware, five and six point sub belt mounting locations built into the mount.
