An OMP frame and slider kit for the RTS seat. Part number HA0-0833-A01-071-Frame.
This is what turns a fixed RTS into a seat you can move. A competition seat on a sub-frame is bolted where it sits, which is fine in a single driver car and a nuisance in anything shared, and a slider puts the fore and aft adjustment back without giving up the mounting.
Specification
Steel, 3mm thick, 380mm long, in OMP pattern B with six mounting holes, and a low profile.
Six holes is the useful part. With that many positions you can set seat height and backrest angle before you commit, rather than accepting whatever a single fixed hole gives you. Low profile keeps the seat down, which is usually the point of changing it in the first place.
What to think about
Sliders raise the seat. That is unavoidable, because you are adding a mechanism between the seat and the frame, and in a car where you are fighting for head clearance it is worth measuring before you commit.
Also worth knowing: sliders are not usually accepted where an FIA seat installation is being scrutineered. If the car is being raced, check the regulations rather than assuming.
Set the seat position before you fix your harness anchor points. Seat height decides where the shoulder straps can run.
