Sized for a 32 to 36 inch waist
This is the narrower of the two Revenge tartans. The XL at 960 is cut for a 36 to 40 inch waist. Fit is the whole decision here, and it is worth sitting in both if you can get to us, because a bucket that does not hold your hips is not doing its job however good it looks.
The tartan range is wider than the Revenge
Corbeau trim eight shells in tartan, and the price ladder tells you what you are getting: GT4 Retro at 490, Classic at 530, Alpine at 555, GT8 High-back at 575, Sprint System 1 at 740, this Revenge at 875, the Revolution at 920 and the Lotus-specific LE-Pro at 795.
The cloth is the same wool across all of them. What changes is the shell underneath, and whether it carries an FIA homologation.

The paperwork and the plumbing
FIA 8855-1999, so read the seat’s own label for its expiry. System 1 means a fibreglass shell, and this seat is base mount. Seat only, so frames and mounts are separate.
