The frame uses the mounting points the factory put in the floor. On a car of this value that is not a convenience, it is the whole basis on which the modification is worth making: it comes out again leaving the car exactly as it was.
Keep the original seats stored flat and dry, and keep the fixings with them. On a 360 they are worth serious money in their own right and a car missing its original seats is harder to sell whatever is in their place.
