The GT is the reclining seat in Sparco range that suits the widest spread of drivers. Sparco list it for all heights and across a 32 to 38 inch waist, which is a broader bracket than the R333 gets, and in practice that means fewer people get caught out by the bolsters. If you are buying two seats for a car that other people will drive, this is the safer choice.
Trim and build
Steel frame, base mount, in black with cloth centres against vinyl outers. That combination wears the way you want it to: the vinyl takes the scuffing on the bolsters where you climb in and out, and the cloth stays comfortable and does not get cold or sticky where you actually sit.
No armrests, no head support wings. It takes a four point harness and works with the standard diagonal seatbelt, so it suits a car that has not been caged.
Road and Track, with no FIA homologation.
Fitting
Base mount on the 345mm by 271mm pattern, shared with the R100, R333 and R500, so sub-frames and runners carry across the range.
Supplied as seats only. Each side needs a vehicle specific sub-frame, and runners if you want fore and aft adjustment. Send us the car and we will match them.
The Houndstooth Edition is the same seat with black and white check centres.
