A Planted Technology seat bracket for the Honda S2000 on the AP2 chassis, 2007 to 2009. Part number SB107.

The late AP2, after Honda’s 2006 revisions. The AP1 and the earlier AP2 are worth checking against us before you order, because the S2000 changed more across its life than the unchanged shape suggests.

Why this car in particular rewards a proper seat

The S2000 is one of the few cars where the driving position was got right at the factory: you sit low, close to the centre of the car, with the wheel and pedals where they should be. Honda put real effort into it.

Which means a badly chosen shell on a badly chosen mount can make an S2000 worse, not better. Getting the height and the fore and aft position right matters more here than on almost anything else we sell brackets for. Roof down, so think about trim

An S2000 lives with its roof down and gets rained on. Ask us about trims that shed water rather than absorb it.

We bring a batch over roughly every 3 to 5 weeks. Everything in each batch is pre-sold against a customer order, so the sooner your order is in, the sooner it ships.
