The Peugeot 806 was a large MPV sold from 1994 to 2002 and is one of four vehicles that shared the Sevel platform: the Citroen Evasion, Fiat Ulysse, and Lancia Zeta being the others. All four were built at the Sevel Sud factory in Italy and used the same basic floor structure, though Recaro produced separate sub-frames for each because the seat mounting positions differ by manufacturer.
Part number RECBQMQ4338 is the Recaro direct-fit sub-frame for the Peugeot 806. It attaches to the 806-specific floor fixing positions in the front row without drilling and includes fore-aft sliding runners. The front two seats in the 806 serve the driver and co-driver in a family MPV that was frequently loaded to capacity on long journeys, which is why ergonomic improvements in the front row are noticed.
The 806’s interior is generous in most respects, but the front seats in base and mid-spec trim are the weak point. Replacing the driver’s seat with a Recaro Sport gives better lumbar support and shoulder location on a car that spends its life on motorways and longer routes.
This sub-frame is made for Recaro seats only. It covers base-mountable bucket seats and reclining sport seats. Side-mounted competition shells require additional adaptor hardware not included here. Pricing is for one frame, one seat. For both front positions, two sub-frames are needed. Contact us with your Recaro model before ordering.
