The SEAT Leon MK3, sold from 2012 to 2020, uses the Volkswagen Group’s MQB platform, which it shares with the Golf MK7. The 5F is the chassis code for the MK3 generation. The Leon Cupra 280 and 300 delivered Golf GTI levels of performance at a slightly lower price point, and the Leon has a strong track day following partly because of this and partly because the body gives a lower seating position than the Golf in standard spec.

These are the M2 Motorsport direct fit sub-frames for the SEAT Leon MK3 5F, part number M2-2G001-0000-7-5F. The frame uses M2’s Golf MK7 base rail adapted for the Leon floor mounting points. It bolts to the OEM floor mounting points without drilling. Steel, powder-coated black, 290mm side mount holes. Choose your side and fixing type at the top of the page.

M2 Motorsport publish the base part as a Golf rail, and we have created this SEAT-specific listing so Leon owners can find the right frame without working through a generic catalogue. The Golf MK7 and Leon MK3 5F share the MQB floor layout, and the frame is the same physical part.
