We list this one for the Mk1, another for the Mk1 RT, and two for the Mk2 facelift, one of which is for lowered cars.
They are not interchangeable, and the differences between them are not obvious from the outside of the car. If you are at all unsure which yours is, send us the registration and we will tell you before you order rather than after.

Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?

Base mount or side mount, and does it matter?
This is a base-mount frame: the seat bolts down through its base, the simpler stack that suits seats with a flat bottom and keeps the install low-fuss. Our guide on base mount versus side mount explains the whole fitting stack.
