The Willans Supersport 4×4 Caterham (part number SPT422C) is a 4-point ECE R16 harness terminated with bolt-in end fittings and routed specifically for the Caterham Seven chassis. The Seven uses a spaceframe structure with fixed harness anchor points, and the standard saloon harness does not follow those points. This version routes to those points directly.
Carries ECE R16 road approval. Not FIA approved. 45mm webbing, clip buckle. At £105 it costs a little more than the standard SPT422 (£98.50), which accounts for the Caterham-specific hardware. The 4-point gives better anti-submarining protection over a 3-point by routing the sub strap under the seat. For Caterham competition where FIA approval is required, see the Club CB433C or CB432C instead.
If you are fitting a harness in a Caterham Seven and do not need FIA homologation, this is the correct Supersport to order. The bracket kit specific to your Seven variant and year is a separate purchase. Six colour options: black, blue, red, white, silver and yellow.
