The Sparco QRT-C Carbon FIA Bucket Seat uses Quick Resin Technology (QRT), invented and industrialized by Sparco, which allows for the quick and uniform fusion of the seat frame, resulting in a significant reduction in the product’s mass through the improved dosage of resin. This technology improves fibre arrangement within the frame, while the innovative transfer of resin results in unparalleled mechanical strength/weight ratios for carbon sports seats.
The technology, created in Italy by Sparco’s R&D Composite and Racing equipment departments, has been developed over the years to stabilize production, considerably reducing the static dispersion of the seat weight. Through QRT, this parameter has been consolidated, bringing the standard deviation of the weight of the new seats to very low levels.
QRT, designed and developed by Sparco, is destined to generate the world’s lightest frames and to determine the properties of the sports seats of the future.
The QRT-C is a carbon shell, fixed-back competition seat designed to provide exceptional comfort and give you an edge over the competition. Non-slip material has been used on the shoulders and seat base, preventing unwanted upper body movement, and helping you to maintain the maximum driving position for longer periods of time. This seat features a lower leg cushion which has been included to offer additional comfort, paired with a medium lumbar support for a snug fit around the legs. This seat is harness-compatible and features 5 harness slots, giving you the freedom to incorporate a harness that is perfect for you. Fixing is achieved through side mounts, and the seat is covered in a black flame-retardant cloth material.
